the fluffy cream layer with the flavour of fruits or crushes like mango,
strawberry and many more. The final layer may consist of garnish as per the

Let’s start making Mango Cheesecake
9 inch diameter

For the crust:-
1 cup of cracker
crumbs or biscuits

For the crust:-
Finely grind the
biscuits or crackers along with the granulated sugar in a processor and
transfer it to a bowl.
Melt the butter in a microwave or over fire
and add it to the bowl of the crackers.
Take a spoon and mix
it properly and add it to the spring form cake pan, and with the same spoon or
your hand press it to form a layer and put the mango cheese cake in the freeze
for the butter to bind the crumbs tightly.
For the filling:-
Take a mixer grinder or a hand blender and puree the mangoes until smooth make sure that the quantity is of 2 cups.
Wisk the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl till it has stiff peaks.
Add the eggs and wisk it properly. After mixing well add the mango puree and fold the mixture using a spatula or a spoon and pour it in the pan.
Refrigerate the cake overnight without covering it.
The next day use a knife to run through the sides to avoid sticking and transfer the cake to a plate
Garnish the cake using diced and chopped mangoes and serve cold.
